The word Naili is Chinese for endurance. This name is equivalent to the goal with which all compressors are designed and produced. Naili knows better than anyone how important compressed air is for an industrial process; standing still is not an option. Therefore the slogan: “Let us take care of your air!” suits us perfectly. You can focus on your primary process.

Naili has been manufacturing since 1999, but has already gained extensive knowledge and experience with rotary vane compressors in the years before. Approximately 720 people work in the fast-growing factory, which annually builds more than 80,000 compressors, ranging from 1.5 kW to 220 kW. 

Thanks to a broad customer base and years of intensive cooperation with the market, we have an unprecedented experience in producing high-quality compressors. In addition to the development and production of industrial compressors, this has led to the position of one of the market leaders in the field of rotary vane compressors and oil-free piston compressors for electrically driven vehicles. 

The 50,700 m² production facility has its own aluminum foundry, PM motor production, CNC machinery, paint shop, R&D, quality control and assembly line with testing facilities for 100% final testing.
